Major Tom Veit attended the 2-60 Infantry
Regiment BCT Graduation 10 Feb 00. LTC Valle and his entire battalion
extend a cordial invitation to all former members of the Battalion
to attend one of their graduations. Major Veit reported that he was treated
as though he were King for a day. So if you would like to receive
recognition and appreciation for your service, especially you combat service
with 2-60 Infantry Regiment, please plan to attend one of their
graduations. Additionally, if you have any combat souvenirs or artifacts
that are collecting dust in your attic or closet the 2-60 Infantry will
gratefully accept your donations and display them proudly just as they
did with Major Veit's VC flag below.
